Purchased for guests at my daughter's beach wedding to protect guests from Florida sun. They were perfect and a big hit! Very sturdy and nice quality. I also purchased the bags to put them in which gave them a nice touch as they were leaned up against each chair on the beach.

These fans are beautiful, much heavier than I expected for a paper fan. I only wish it were more of a true beige color. It's actually a bit more of an ivory, manilla yellow . Not quite the color I was expecting but will still look beautiful in my wedding any how. I got the 28" organza bags instead of the 32" because they were on sale and they still fit just fine if you don't mind the wooden handle pushing out a few inches.

I ordered 6 and one came with a rip towards the top so I will have to try and fix it.

The color is lighter than pictured online. Perfect ivory color, not too dark or too light.

Sturdy construction. The paper is rather stiff when you first open it but does soften up a little with some use (reduces some of the noise of opening and closing the parasol).

I have not used these yet, but they are beautiful, charming, well made and functional. I will be using them at my daughter's wedding which will be outdoors in the hot dry season in Sonoma Valley this fall. I searched online and in Chinatown, and the ones from the Paperlantern store were far and away the most elegant AND the lowest price I could find. They were delivered promptly, and PLS provided excellent online communication. Would use them again.

I got this to go with my ivory wedding dress. The dress hasn't arrived yet, but it looks like the color should be a good match. The product is exactly as expected, with a bamboo handle, and beige/ivory paper parasol. I haven't had a chance to test its durability, but it seems well-made, and I'm confident it will survive my wedding day, and longer.

We'll be using these parasols for a June wedding.

Parasols in ivory and lime were a great hit at our daughter's wedding this weekend. The quality was good and the price was right. Guests truly appreciated being able to shade themselves during the garden wedding and reception. The only change I would suggest is the placement of the bar coded label on each handle. It was a pain to have to remove each one and some left a sticky residue.

We are very pleased with this product. Just as we hoped... for an upcoming Malibu vineyard wedding. An offer of shade for our guests if we need it. Lovely soft colour. Wood structure. Attractive and functional at a good price.

I ordered 16 of these parasols for the women attending my outdoor beach wedding. I was very satisfied with the company's confirmation of purchase and shipping details, and was curios to see the condition of the parasols when they arrived after shipping. They were shipped in sound packaging, and each one was individually wrapped and then they were all wrapped together in parchment paper. The parasols are of excellent quality, with great little polished wooden handles, no splintering to be found, and the paper used for the parasol itself, is nice and thick. It should probably be mentioned that the description lists this color as 'beige' but they are definitely off white/ivory, NOT beige. I wanted off white anyway, so this was a happy surprise for me. Overall for the price I paid and quality of the item, this company just can't be beat. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend these parasols.
